Iconic characters all began as a single idea, transformed from imagination to reality with the stroke of a pen. Now it’s your turn to bring your legendary heroes to life—starting with that first spark of inspiration. We're excited to offer you the opportunity to participate in our Create Your Hero class, where you'll bring those ideas to life and challenge yourself with the help of four expert comic book artists. In this interactive session, you'll create a new character from scratch with guidelines and editorial assistance. Whether you have a basic notion or a wild idea, our instructors can help you develop everything from the character's appearance to the visuals for the superpowers. You'll discover the tactics comic book creators use to create ever-changing, memorable heroes (or villains!). Once you've polished your character, they'll be part of a mock comic book studio project, giving you an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at professional comic book production. Imagine seeing your character in a collaborative studio environment like the pros! What You Can Expect: Creative Freedom: No concept is too large or small. Whether you picture a gritty antihero or a mythical warrior, we can make it a reality by laser-focusing it. Industry insights: You'll learn how major comic book studios produce characters. Your Hero In Action: As part of the mock professional studio, you'll see how your new character might fit as a cameo on a comic book cover. This course is ideal for budding comic artists, creators, world builders, and anybody interested in comics who wants to draw. You don't have to be an experienced artist—bring your artistic abilities, and we'll do the rest! Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not provided. However, exceptions can be made under specific circumstances. To receive your money back using the original payment method, refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Any refund requests after 24 hours will be given as a credit to be applied for future use towards a Comic Pro Boot Camp course.
